Currently, the holding company pays special attention to the development of their technical capacities and engineering practices to improve the performance of the produced equipment and increase operating life.
An important event in this direction was the equipment and the launch of the service center on repair of the load-haul-dumpers and mining equipment on the basis of CJSC "Kyshtym machine-building association" which is a part of KANEX GROUP. The service centre is fully equipped with tools, spare parts and everything needed for the repair and maintenance of equipment. Now the center provides technical consulting, launching the equipment, maintenance, warranty and post-warranty repair.
Qualified service engineers are ready to provide technical support to our customers immediately: to respond to the derangement, to ensure prompt delivery of spare parts and, if necessary, to carry out regular maintenance of equipment.
